1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of AccessPatrol.net, Agent Link, and any related websites, applications, digital tools, portals, communications, services, training materials, case-management tools, operational workflows, and technology platforms provided by Access Patrol, including current and future components of the CAPTAIN Ecosystem.
By accessing or using our website, submitting a form, requesting services, using Agent Link, participating in training, communicating with Access Patrol, or accessing any CAPTAIN Ecosystem feature, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the website, platform, services, or related tools.
2. Definitions
For purposes of these Terms:
Access Patrol refers to Access Patrol, its website, services, operations, digital tools, technology platforms, training programs, and related business activities.
AccessPatrol.net refers to the public website operated for Access Patrol, including public information, contact forms, service pages, training pages, policy pages, and related web content.
Agent Link refers to Access Patrol’s field operations, service coordination, work-order, deployment, patrol, readiness, and case-support application or digital workflow layer.
CAPTAIN Ecosystem refers to the broader Access Patrol technology and operations ecosystem, including current or future tools, modules, services, applications, workflows, and governance layers such as Agent Link, CAPTAIN, Academy, EdgeLink, Sentinel Core / Watchman, FCE, ECGL, Sleuth, ThreatViz AI, and related operational or administrative systems.
User refers to any visitor, client, customer, trainee, contractor, partner, employee, applicant, service requester, organization, or individual accessing or using Access Patrol websites, services, forms, apps, portals, or communications.
3. Scope of Services
Access Patrol may provide or support services related to security operations, field operations, training, technology-based coordination, case management, service requests, patrol support, workforce readiness, operational reporting, administrative workflows, and related business services.
Descriptions of services on AccessPatrol.net, Agent Link, or CAPTAIN Ecosystem materials are provided for general informational and business purposes. Availability of specific services may depend on location, staffing, authorization, licensing, insurance, contractual approval, operational readiness, and applicable law.
Access Patrol reserves the right to modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any service, feature, page, app, workflow, or platform component at any time.
4. No Guarantee of Service Availability
Submitting a form, requesting service, creating an inquiry, using Agent Link, or communicating with Access Patrol does not guarantee that services will be accepted, scheduled, approved, dispatched, delivered, or completed.
Service availability may depend on review, verification, staffing, jurisdiction, contractual terms, payment status, safety considerations, client eligibility, operational capacity, and applicable compliance requirements.
5. Public Website Use

Agent Link is intended to support field operations coordination, service requests, deployment workflows, task visibility, case-support workflows, readiness coordination, and operational communication.
Users may only access Agent Link if authorized. Access may be limited by role, organization, contract, approval status, entitlement, payment status, operational need, training status, or other governance requirements.
You agree not to use Agent Link to:
Access Patrol may suspend, revoke, limit, or review Agent Link access if misuse, unauthorized activity, safety risk, policy violation, or suspicious activity is detected.
7. CAPTAIN Ecosystem Use
The CAPTAIN Ecosystem may include current and future technology tools supporting command visibility, governance, training, case management, operations, finance, reporting, intelligence support, legal/compliance workflows, device readiness, and service coordination.
Access to CAPTAIN Ecosystem features may be restricted based on user role, organization, authorization, subscription, entitlement, training completion, operational need, approval status, and compliance requirements.
No user is guaranteed access to any restricted CAPTAIN Ecosystem feature unless access has been properly authorized.
Access Patrol may add, remove, modify, test, limit, or discontinue CAPTAIN Ecosystem modules or features at any time.
8. Account Access and Security
If user accounts, portals, dashboards, or login features are made available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and account activity.
You agree to notify Access Patrol promptly if you believe your account, credentials, organization profile, or authorized access has been compromised.
Access Patrol may require identity verification, role verification, organization approval, account review, or additional security steps before granting or restoring access.
9. Operational and Case-Management Information
Access Patrol may receive, process, or review operational, service-related, training-related, or case-management information submitted by users.
You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit is accurate, lawful, authorized, and appropriate for the channel used.
Do not submit highly sensitive, confidential, regulated, protected, medical, financial, background-check, legal evidence, or emergency information through general website forms unless Access Patrol has specifically provided an approved secure process for that information.
Access Patrol may classify, retain, route, review, or restrict submitted information according to operational, legal, security, contractual, or governance requirements.
10. No Emergency Services
AccessPatrol.net, Agent Link, and the CAPTAIN Ecosystem are not substitutes for emergency services.
If there is an emergency, immediate threat, crime in progress, fire, medical emergency, or danger to life or property, call 911 or the appropriate emergency authority.
Submitting a website form, app request, message, case-management entry, or Agent Link request does not guarantee immediate response.
11. Training and Academy Materials
Access Patrol may provide training information, Academy-related content, readiness materials, learning resources, assessments, or certification-oriented workflows.
Training materials are provided for educational, operational, and readiness-support purposes. Completion of training content does not guarantee employment, licensing, certification, legal authority, regulatory approval, or operational assignment unless expressly stated in a written agreement and supported by applicable law or authorized certifying authority.
Users are responsible for complying with all applicable training, licensing, certification, renewal, employment, and legal requirements in their jurisdiction.
12. Security Services and Legal Authority
Access Patrol security services are subject to applicable laws, regulations, licensing requirements, client agreements, site policies, and operational limitations.
Nothing on AccessPatrol.net, Agent Link, or within the CAPTAIN Ecosystem grants any user law-enforcement authority, arrest authority, use-of-force authority, access-control authority, surveillance authority, investigative authority, or regulated security authority beyond what is permitted by law, contract, license, role, training, and official authorization.
Users must comply with all applicable laws, site rules, client policies, and Access Patrol instructions.
13. Technology, Automation, and AI-Supported Features
The CAPTAIN Ecosystem may include technology-assisted features, automation, analytics, operational recommendations, reporting tools, artificial intelligence support, threat intelligence support, readiness scoring, or case-management assistance.
Technology-assisted outputs are provided for support, review, coordination, or informational purposes unless expressly stated otherwise.
Access Patrol does not guarantee that automated, AI-supported, or technology-generated outputs are complete, accurate, current, or suitable for every decision. Important operational, legal, employment, compliance, safety, disciplinary, or security decisions should involve appropriate human review.
No AI-supported feature should be treated as a substitute for professional judgment, legal advice, emergency response, regulatory review, or authorized management approval.
14. Device, Robotics, EdgeLink, and Field Technology
Access Patrol may reference or support future device integration, robotics readiness, vehicle operations, patrol technology, camera systems, sensors, gateways, site-readiness tools, or EdgeLink-related capabilities.
Descriptions of current or future technology capabilities do not guarantee availability, deployment, certification, legal approval, insurance approval, compatibility, or suitability for any specific site, client, jurisdiction, or operational environment.
Any use of field devices, robotics, sensors, surveillance systems, or integrations must comply with applicable law, contract terms, site approval, privacy requirements, safety rules, and operational authorization.
15. Payments, Fees, and Billing
Certain Access Patrol services, Agent Link features, training programs, subscriptions, service requests, consultations, deployments, or CAPTAIN Ecosystem tools may require payment, contract approval, subscription status, or billing authorization.
Pricing, fees, payment terms, refund terms, cancellation terms, and service obligations may be set forth in separate quotes, invoices, agreements, statements of work, subscription terms, or service contracts.
Access Patrol may suspend or limit services, access, or platform features for nonpayment, expired agreements, billing disputes, unauthorized use, or failure to meet eligibility requirements.
16. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, names, designs, graphics, service descriptions, training materials, workflows, software concepts, platform structures, documents, text, images, videos, icons, layouts, and other materials on AccessPatrol.net, Agent Link, or within the CAPTAIN Ecosystem are owned by or licensed to Access Patrol unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, scrape, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from Access Patrol content, systems, branding, training materials, workflows, or platform designs without written permission.
17. User Submissions

27. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state in which Access Patrol is legally organized or primarily operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a written agreement states otherwise.
Any dispute may be subject to the venue, jurisdiction, dispute-resolution, or contract terms stated in a separate signed agreement between Access Patrol and the relevant client, partner, contractor, or user.
