Carrician “Reese” Fair brings over 13 years of experience in the security industry to his role as the CEO of Access Patrol, Incorporated (API). Under his leadership, API delivers comprehensive security solutions across Maryland State, leveraging advanced technology to provide top-tier protection services.

Reese's professional journey is marked by a strong foundation in leadership and discipline. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Morgan State University, where he also studied Systems Engineering. His early exposure to self-defense through Tae Kwon Do and his tenure as a football team captain have shaped his competitive, strategic and team-oriented approach to business.

In addition to his role at API, Reese is an NRA and USCCA Instructor and an American Heart Association Instructor, credentials that underscore his commitment to security and safety education.
